Spaghetti alla chitarra with sausage and truffle shaving

Spaghetti alla chitarra with sausage and truffle shaving is a very simple recipe to make.

Ingredients (4 people):

3 fresh sausages

400g of spaghetti alla chitarra

100g black truffle shaving

1/2 onion

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Remove the skin of the sausages, and cut them in pieces.

In a large pan heat cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add chopped or sliced onions and cook until tender. Then add the sausages cut in pieces. Put a large pan of water on to boil and, when it will be boiling, add salt and the pasta. Drain the pasta just few minutes before full cooked (reserve a little of the cooking water), move it to the large pan together with sausages. Add the boiling water and stir together quickly. Finally add the black truffle shaving.
